Before using the product, users should understand the baseline expectations around accounts, payments, content responsibility, and service changes.
Content responsibility
Users remain responsible for prompts, source assets, and downstream usage. Inputs or outputs that infringe rights, break the law, or violate platform policy are not allowed. Generating or distributing NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited, as are face-swap, deepfake, and other face-manipulation uses.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Memberships are sold through the published pricing options. Renewal, cancellation, and billing state follow the checkout and subscription-management flows presented in the product. Unconfigured products are not opened for purchase.
Service changes
Available features, quota structure, and policy details may change based on model availability, cost, and compliance requirements. Public pages and in-product notices are used to communicate major updates where practical.
Service brand and governing framework
Unless an order page states otherwise, the public site services are offered under the Motiona brand. Site usage, purchases, and dispute handling are governed by the order terms, applicable law and mandatory consumer-protection rules.
