Acceptable Use Policy

Sexual and unsafe content is prohibited

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexually gratifying content
• Any sexualization, nudity, exploitation, or grooming content involving minors
• Face-swap, deepfake, identity impersonation, or other face-manipulation content
• “Uncensored,” “unfiltered,” “18+,” or other requests intended to bypass safety controls

Illegal, infringing, and harmful content

• Illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, threatening, violence-inciting, or self-harm-promoting content
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, trade-secret, or other third-party rights
• Malware, credential theft, spyware, illegal transactions, or regulatory evasion
• Misleading impersonation of a person, organization, brand, or public institution without authorization

Safety screening and enforcement

Every user prompt sent to an image or video model is screened before generation. Requests do not proceed when screening returns deny or flag, or when the moderation service is unavailable. Users may not split, encode, obscure, or otherwise attempt to bypass these controls.

Enforcement and appeals

We may block requests, remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose necessary records when legally required. If you believe a request was blocked in error, email support@motiona.app with the account email, task time, and task identifier.
